Workflow

How We Work Together

A clear, simple process — from your first file to the final delivery. One person, direct communication, no surprises.

Step by Step

The Process

Every project follows the same clear path. You always know where we are and what comes next.

01

Brief

You Send the Files

Send your drawings, DWG files, PDFs, or reference photos. Tell me the project type, size, style, and what you need. I'll confirm the scope and timeline before starting.

Redlines

Architect Sends Redlines

If you have corrections, markups, or dimension changes — send them as annotated PDFs (redlines). Mark directly on the drawing what needs to change. I receive them via email, Google Drive, or Bluebeam and review everything before starting.

Production

I Get to Work

Drafting in AutoCAD, SketchUp or Revit. Visualization in Blender with AI-enhanced lighting and materials. You have direct access to me throughout — no middlemen, no waiting for project managers.

First Delivery

You Receive the First Version

Files delivered via email or Google Drive — in agreed formats (DWG, PDF, JPG, etc.). Review it carefully and gather all your feedback before responding.

Revisions

2 Revision Rounds

Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included in all plans (3 rounds in Studio & Immersive). Send your consolidated feedback — ideally as marked-up PDFs or a clear list of changes. Each revision round covers all comments sent together, not one by one.

Final Delivery

Final Files — Done

Final delivery in all agreed formats. DWG, Revit model, high-res JPG, PDF — whatever was specified at the start. Clean, organized, ready to use.

How to Send Corrections

The most efficient way to communicate corrections is a redlined PDF — your drawing with red annotations, arrows, and dimension notes drawn directly on top. I receive them, read every mark, and implement all changes in one go.

How We Stay in Touch

Email

Primary channel. All briefs, files, deliveries, and feedback go through email. Clear trail, nothing gets lost.

Google Drive

Shared folder for all project files — drawings, references, and deliverables. Organized, always accessible, easy to share.

Bluebeam Revu

Professional PDF markup tool used widely in architecture. If you use Bluebeam, we can collaborate directly on annotated drawings — redlines, dimensions, comments all in one place.

Checklist

What to Prepare

The more you send at the start, the smoother the project runs. Here's what helps most:

  • Architectural drawings (DWG or PDF)
  • Site plan or location info
  • Style references (photos, mood board, Pinterest)
  • Preferred materials, colors, finishes
  • Target audience or end use of the space
  • Preferred delivery format (DWG, PDF, JPG, etc.)
